Return & Refund Policy
• Firearms: All firearm and ammo sales are final. Please inspect your firearm thoroughly at your local FFL before accepting the transfer. Once the background check is completed and the firearm is transferred into your name, it cannot be returned.
• Non-Firearm Items: Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for most new, unopened items with receipt. A 15% restocking fee may apply.
• Defective Products: If a product is defective, please contact the manufacturer for warranty claims. We can assist you in finding the correct contact information.
• Gunsmithing Services: Payments for labor on gunsmithing services are non-refundable.
• Laser engraving: Since this is a custom service, there is no refunds or warranty as different materials can react differently. It is recommended after an engraving to treat engraved metal with rust prohibitors.
