Add service to cart, checkout and write message of your issue. Provide gun model and problem. We will give you a suggested repair and quote along with a date /time to drop or ship your firearm into us for repair. $50 deposit will be credited towards repair.
⚖️ Liability Waiver & Terms of Service
Using our Gunsmith service's, the Customer agrees to the following terms for services provided by Mountain Range Gun Master LLC:
1. Safety & Function: I certify that this firearm is unloaded and safe for transport. I understand that any modification to a firearm may change its handling characteristics and safety box tolerances.
2. Test Firing: I authorize Mountain Range Gun Master LLC to test-fire this firearm using factory-specification ammunition to ensure proper function after repair/modification.
3. Ammunition Warning: We are NOT responsible for damage caused by the use of reloaded, "hot," or non-standard ammunition.
4. Pre-Existing Damage: Mountain Range Gun Master LLC is not responsible for pre-existing defects, metallurgical failures, or wear and tear discovered during the gunsmithing process.
5. Abandonment Policy: Any firearm left for more than 60 days after notification of completion will be considered abandoned and may be sold to cover the cost of labor and storage, in accordance with Colorado law.
6. Background Check for Return: Per federal law, if a firearm is left for repair and the owner changes (e.g., a spouse picks it up), or if the receiver is replaced, a new Form 4473 and NICS background check may be required.
